As a Senior Product Manager at EarnUp, you will manage a suite of
products that help millions of Americans get out of debt and take
control of their finances by helping drive product strategy, vision
and roadmap of our platform. This position requires
cross-functional leadership and close partnership with engineering,
marketing, sales, business development, operations, and customer
success. EarnUp is in a very exciting stage with rapid growth,
looking for team members compelled by putting their imprint on a
product that can help every American with their financial health
and debt.

You Will
- Build and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or
more of EarnUp's products that help millions of Americans get out
of debt and take control of their finances Who You Are
- Deeply passionate about working on a mission-driven product
designed to improve our financial systems
- Excited about rolling up your sleeves and making a
difference
- Comfortable in ambiguity, and strive to create clarity for
others
- A strong cross functional partner, who enjoys working with
others to get the job done You Bring
- 5+ total years of consumer and enterprise software product
management experience with 3+ years working in early stage and
rapidly growing startup environments
- Experience working directly with end users to establish new
products and building user-centric designs
- Experience combining quantitative analysis & qualitative
research (user research, competitive intelligence, market research,
etc.) to inform crucial product decisions
- Experience iterating new products to achieve product market fit
and driving product adoption
- Proven ability to create vision, strategy and roadmap and
execute on your plan working with a team of distributed
engineers
- A deeply analytical mindset and metric driven decision
making
- Experience in fintech (or highly regulated industries) is a
plus

range for this position is $160,000 - 185,000
