Job Description:

Outstanding opportunity available for an HR Consultant who possesses 3 to 6 years of experience working in Human Resources with 2+ years in an increasing responsible role as a lead or specialist. Seeking experience in employees relations, performance issues and conflict resolution Strong interpersonal and communication skills with strong analytical and problem solving skills will be keys to success in this role. Must possesses thorough knowledge of California labor law and federal employment regulations.

Analyze case management logs and other tracking systems and initiates research and observations related to proposed action plans. Communicates trends and makes recommendation to HR Director for training, policies update, or other interventions. Supports lines of business HR Managers and Sr Consultant by researching data and conducting analysis, providing reports, preparing communications and presentations.
