Senior Fire Protection Engineer

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr. Fire Protection Engineer specializing in energy and utilities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop fire protection design/specifications for suppression, detection, and alarm systems
Manage tasks related to modifications of fire suppression and alarm systems
Conduct reviews of design documents and modifications for compliance with codes and standards

Required Qualifications

US citizenship is required
Experience with fire protection in power generation projects
Knowledge of fire protection codes and standards
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Experience with nuclear plant design and licensing is preferred
