This group strives to maximize new subscriber acquisition, retention, and provide compelling reasons for users to return to the service year after year. PlayStation Plus is critical to PlayStation's vision and strategy and has seen dynamic growth since launching a multi-tiered proposition in 2022.This role specifically sits within the 'Engagement & Experience' team accountable for bringing together a variety of stakeholders (Marketing, Communications, PR, Merchandising, Product, Engineering) and driving a cohesive approach to the customer experience. We aim to ensure that every PlayStation subscriber maximizes their membership, enjoys a fun experience, accesses benefits easily, and develops loyalty to maintain their subscription.We need someone with ambition, ideas, a can-do attitude, and the ability to see things through the customer's eyes. You will join a sub-team focused on developing user experience and optimizing customer journeys. Our mission is to craft dynamic and relevant customer experiences that nurture an informed user base and clearly demonstrate the value of PlayStation Plus.What you'll be doing:

• Contributing to and applying our Experience Strategy for PlayStation Plus
  • Leveraging insights from telemetry data to enhance our strategy.
  • Designing and implementing tests vs. control groups.
  • Crafting recommendations to improve the PlayStation Plus console experience.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize recommendations into our experience roadmap.
  • Driving PlayStation Plus user experience updates and optimizations
    • Developing proposals for PlayStation Plus user experiences.
    • Project managing user experience updates for mass market and targeted audiences.
    • Building a strong connection with delivery teams and proposing process improvements.
    • Analyzing performance of tests and drawing conclusions for future optimizations.
    • Becoming an expert on the PlayStation Plus user experience
      • Using tools to analyze Experience telemetry data.
      • Reporting on user interactions with the PlayStation Plus experience.
      • Identifying key customer cohorts needing specific experiences.
      • Performing competitor reviews on user experience best practices.What we are looking for:
        • 3+ years' experience focused on optimizing a customer's digital experience
        • Experience with digital products and channels (websites, apps, emails)
        • Experience leading projects with multiple stakeholders
        • Strong presentation skills and fluency in PowerPoint
        • A data-led mindset, comfortable with measurement and analysis in Excel
        • A logical approach to prioritizing audiences and opportunities
        • A customer-first mentality
        • A desire to push yourself and show your value to the business
        • Bonus: Subscriptions background/understandingAt SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role's base pay range, including competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
