Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow SPM Engagement Manager to
lead and oversee ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management
implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead successful delivery of ServiceNow SPM implementations aligned
with business goals
Manage stakeholder expectations and act as the primary contact
throughout the project lifecycle
Drive customer engagement strategies to enhance adoption and
satisfaction with ServiceNow solutions
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Minimum 5+ years of experience in management and/or project
management
Minimum 3+ years of experience managing ServiceNow implementations,
particularly SPM deployments
Expertise in standard project management tools, methodologies, and
frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, ITIL)
