Title: Project Manager (Commercial Training & Program
Specialist)Employment Type: Temp to HirePay Rate Range: $44-46/hour
(then once converted bonus opportunities)Hours (weekly): 8am-5pm
M-FOffice Location: San Jose - HQ / Hybrid (M, W, Th in office),
occasionally 4-5 days in-office depending on training
activitiesPosition Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and organized
Commercial Training & Program Specialist to join our team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting
sales and field service training initiatives, marketing programs,
and providing administrative support to the Chief Medical Officer.
This role requires strong communication and organizational skills,
as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities across sales,
service, medical affairs, and marketing.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the commercial team to support seamless
training programs for sales and field service.
- Coordinate and schedule commercial sales and service training
sessions, workshops, and events while managing budgets.
- Serve as a key member of the National Service and Sales meeting
support team, handling materials, logistics, registration, and
onsite support.
- Maintain records of training activities, attendance,
assessments, and retraining requirements.
- Manage training calendars, resources, materials, and
scheduling.
- Coordinate training documentation and materials prepared by
instructors.
- Gather feedback and continuously improve training programs
based on user needs and business requirements.
- Oversee the sales and marketing equipment demo fleet to support
commercial activities.
- Coordinate commercial team meetings, both onsite and offsite,
including meals, room blocks, and communications.
- Manage purchase orders and invoicing related to training,
medical affairs, and marketing programs.
- Support the development of marketing materials such as
brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, sales
training, field service, marketing, and medical affairs, to ensure
alignment between training and marketing efforts.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales training
programs and assigned marketing programs.Additional
Responsibilities (20%):
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Medical Officer,
including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense
reporting.
- Manage group mailbox correspondence and schedule prescriber
meeting requests.Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience: 3-5 years in a highly cross-functional,
customer-centric role and/or executive administration.
- Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task
and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word,
Outlook, Excel).
- Experience with expense management software (e.g.,
Concur).
- Familiarity with online survey tools (e.g., Microsoft Forms,
SurveyMonkey).Interview Process:
