This Labor and Delivery Nurse Supervisor will join a large health system that has been serving patients and communities for over 50 years. The Labor and Delivery Nurse Supervisor will report to the Manager of Obstetrics. There will also be multiple Charge Nurses who can assist with any issues that arise. The Labor and Delivery Nurse Supervisor will have RNs reporting directly to them. They will have the opportunity to guide their team in the Level III Maternal Child Health department. This nurse leader will also assist with annual reviews and grievances, and respond to patients and family concerns. This lead nurse will also be the main liaison with the MD team and work with the hospital admit team.
