Job Description:
A company is looking for a Scrum Master II to support agile
practices and oversee delivery pod activities.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitates sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to
ensure project goals are met
Creates and monitors metrics and dashboards to track team progress
and project status
Collaborates with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the
product backlog
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field
2 - 4 years of related experience or equivalent knowledge and
skills
SAFe Scrum Master Certification or equivalent certification
required
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as JIRA
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and Project
Management
