Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager
(Strategic, Direct).
Key Responsibilities
Build long-lasting relationships with customers and key
stakeholders
Provide guidance through key customer milestones and increase
adoption of features
Triage critical customer issues and ensure strong support for their
needs
Required Qualifications
3+ years of work experience at a SaaS company in a customer-facing
role
Preferred experience at a technology-focused PEO or HRIS
Flexibility with changing job duties and responsibilities
Passion for training both customers and internal teams
Interest in actively collaborating with product and engineering
teams
