Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Director - Transactions Center of
Excellence - Alliance, Transactions and R&D Legal Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Manage post-execution of license, collaboration, M&A, and other
agreements
Prepare, review, and negotiate complex R&D and commercial
agreements
Provide legal support for specified therapeutic areas and LRL
projects
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree
Admission to the bar in at least one state
Minimum of 7 years of relevant legal experience
Experience in R&D and commercial transactions in the life
sciences industry
Understanding of drug development and pharmaceutical industry
practices
