Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Entertainment Operations
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage departmental financial systems, including budgets and
processing donations
Maintain rights management database and track contracts for talent
and production vendors
Support data management projects and internal communication efforts
for entertainment programming
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or
related field
3-5 years of experience in an administrative or support role, with
supervisory experience preferred
Working knowledge of music, TV, film, sports, and pop culture
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms,
particularly Salesforce
Ability to handle confidential information and exercise sound
judgment
