Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Outreach & Enrollment
Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support a team of Outreach and Enrollment Coordinators
during enrollment campaigns and projects
Oversee the enrollment process from referral to active member
status, ensuring high-quality documentation and adherence to
operational targets
Conduct training, performance management, and coaching for team
members while identifying opportunities for process improvement
Required Qualifications:
Three years of experience in sales, outreach, engagement, or
enrollment campaigns preferred
Three years of experience in the behavioral health field and/or
healthcare environment preferred
Customer service experience is required
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Google Suite, and Excel
Experience with electronic health records and health information
management/data
