A company is looking for a Stay Smart Coach to coach clients in
maximizing key focus areas through a consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize consultative methods to drive change in designated
areas
Conduct monthly and quarterly coaching sessions to measure and
confirm changes
Update CRM with relevant notes and leverage outcomes to promote
additional services
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of Automotive Fixed Operations experience preferred
2-3 years of management experience in an Automotive Service
Department
Ability to present training material engagingly
Proven capability to lead clients to desired solutions
Experience in managing multiple accounts and prioritizing tasks
effectively
