Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Intake Coordinator (Remote)
who will manage patient placements and coordinate admissions
processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage patient intake by securing schedules and ensuring financial
and medical clearances
Serve as the primary contact for patient referral calls and
coordinate the admissions process
Maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce and communicate
effectively with clinics and referral sources
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree desirable;
Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
2 - 4 years of related experience
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Working knowledge of standard office applications
Ability to adapt to changes and support new policies positively
