Job Description:
A company is looking for a Critical Incident Coordinator
responsible for managing critical incident response requests in the
workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Consults with customers on best practices for critical incident
response
Triages and coordinates time-sensitive requests using network
providers
Maintains documentation for all service requests and follows up to
ensure satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work
required; MA preferred
Flexibility to be on-call 24/7 for 1 week approximately every 5
weeks
Ability to foster good working relationships with network
providers
Commitment to quality
