Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sort and deliver incoming mail and packages.
  • Log all packages into Salesforce.
  • Receive occasional freight deliveries.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders via Salesforce/Slack.
  • Ship customer packages using FedEx and other shipping applications.
  • Requires physical labor and the ability to lift up to 30lbs.
  • Transport mail and packages among all Salesforce buildings using a variety of tools (e.g. carts, hand trucks, etc.).
  • Support Salesforce employees in all mail services needs via all communication channels (e.g. email, phone, face-to-face, Salesforce applications, etc.).
  • Use internal Salesforce applications for package and mail management.SKILLS:
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Google Drive (e.g. Gmail, Gcal, Docs).
  • Computer skills include typing minimum of 30 words per minute and using basic applications such as word documents, spreadsheets, email, presentations, etc.
  • Ability to take direction and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Motivated, Self-Starter.
  • Good writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibits strong attention to detail.
  • 0-2 years experience.
