Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sort and deliver incoming mail and packages.
- Log all packages into Salesforce.
- Receive occasional freight deliveries.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders via
Salesforce/Slack.
- Ship customer packages using FedEx and other shipping
applications.
- Requires physical labor and the ability to lift up to
30lbs.
- Transport mail and packages among all Salesforce buildings
using a variety of tools (e.g. carts, hand trucks, etc.).
- Support Salesforce employees in all mail services needs via all
communication channels (e.g. email, phone, face-to-face, Salesforce
applications, etc.).
- Use internal Salesforce applications for package and mail
management.SKILLS:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and customer
service experience preferred.
- Proficient with Google Drive (e.g. Gmail, Gcal, Docs).
- Computer skills include typing minimum of 30 words per minute
and using basic applications such as word documents, spreadsheets,
email, presentations, etc.
- Ability to take direction and follow oral and written
instructions.
- Motivated, Self-Starter.
- Good writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibits strong attention to detail.
- 0-2 years experience.
