This is a private Materials, Fleet management, Commercial truck and Human Resources company looking for a for Field Sales Managers who will run with the ball! You will work with the VP of Sales to hire and develop the sales staff and implement sales programs. You will be well compensated with an 80K base, performance bonuses, commission structure and full benefits including 401K and paid time off!

Qualifications:

BS or BA degree

Professional Sales training

MUST have 3 years filed sales experience

Minimum 2 years sales management experience, industry related, capital equipment industry; and commercial truck market

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Hands on experience with CRM application and database

Self motivated

Highly organized
