Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Value and Access
Marketing (Pharma).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with service-line leads to design marketing plans that
align with strategic objectives
Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to enhance
engagement and sales
Manage and mentor junior marketing team members to ensure
high-quality work and professional growth
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5-7 years of marketing leadership experience in life
sciences or healthcare
At least 2 years of experience with market access strategies and
challenges
Experience with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
Proven ability to manage and mentor junior team members
Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce is
preferred
