Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior UI Motion Designer to enhance
user experiences through engaging motion graphics.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product designers and engineers to develop motion
experiences that enhance usability
Conceptualize, storyboard, and animate functional UI motion to
improve the user journey
Design motion systems that adhere to design principles and optimize
animations for performance
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in motion design, preferably in tech or
product design
Expertise in motion principles, composition, timing, and easing
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Lottie, Rive, and Figma
Experience with 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya is
a plus
Knowledge of web-based animation frameworks and accessibility
principles for motion
